The majority of Albertans skip plugging in their vehicles even on the coldest days, a new poll by the Alberta Motor Association has found.
I haven't needed to plug a car in regularly since the 1990s. Every car I've had since about 1995 has started reliably in even the coldest conditions. Since I've had a garage, it's been unnecessary.
